The property was recently renovated with incredibly nice staff who worked first shift. Queen room we stayed at was updated with our 9 children all under 15 in age. Beautiful location of the hotel to Dollywood Theme park.

This is a hotel go-to for Pigeon Forge! It's excellent base for sightseeing and exploring Pigeon Forge. Tidy rooms complete with the huge bathtub, the fireplace plus bathroom, exceptionally nice and accommodating staff. The cost is US$ 177.

I stayed for 4 nights here and had a really great time. My room included central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. Separate bathrooms, that included a tub, were cleaned daily. The hotel's location was favourable, near to shopping stores, the Island, restaurant and attractions, and restaurants and the Island where the Ferris Wheel is located. I came across Timberwood Grill, it was at a moderate distance from the property, offered nice shots.

Incredible hotel, I stayed here with my pets. The venue room was big size and huge with the fireplace, the huge bathtub plus bathroom. Appreciated my stay here.

Recently renovated hotel, decent base for a new year in Pigeon Forge! Spotless room with the huge bathtub and helpful and affable staff. A refrigerator, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area in the bedroom.

Incredible hotel for christmas with affable and efficient staff who worked first shift. Stunning and excellent location in the mountains, good for visiting Pigeon Forge. Also - just next door to the Island and other shopping stores nearby, resturants and attractions and restaurants.

When I am in Pigeon Forge, I like staying here. It's newly decorated and incredible hotel with courteous personnel who worked first shift.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Timbers Lodge. The location was convenient and easy to access. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. I had a positive experience and would consider staying at Timbers Lodge again in the future.
